Our property features raised beds, as well as several herb and flower gardens. We begin our day outside in the onsite gardens, harvesting for the night’s service. Due to our unique location, our gardens are covered by a blanket of coastal fog each night. The natural salinity gives our plants and herbs a light seasoning while they are growing, giving a terroir-driven expression only found here. Within our gardens, we grow Row 7 Seed Company seeds, as well as other unique varieties that are bred specifically for flavor. Our entire garden is farmed organically and sustainably using the compost produced by our onsite composter.

 

Future projects include a larger scale farm that resides on 320 acres just south of Elk, in Point Arena.
